Lux Wild Rift Guide Strategy

Lux is mage hero in Wild Rift that can. She can go mid as the main AP mage or can go bottom and be the support together with her ADR. She can burst down squishy heroes if she can able to connect all her spells in one go.

How to Play Lux

How to Play Lux Wild Rift
  • Lux is very much useless when her skills are on cooldown so be mindful of that
  • Lux should always be on the backlining, firing her skills and catching enemies
  • Maximize Illumination by doing basic attacks before every skill
  • Light Binding holds two targets
  • Protect allies and yourself with Prismatic Barrier
  • Poke enemies with Lucent Singularity
  • You can hold recasting Lucent Singularity to slow down enemies
  • Check enemies hiding on bush with Lucent Singularity
  • Be aware of your map so you’ll know when to use your Global Final Spark
  • Skill Combo: 1st skill > 3rd skill > 4th Skill

Skills

Lux Wild Rift Skills

Passive / Illumination: Damaging abilities afflict enemies with Illumination for 5 seconds. Illumination empowers Lux’s next attack against that target, dealing magic damage.

Skill 1 / Light Binding: Cast out a ball of light that roots 2 enemies for 2 seconds and deal magic damage to both targets.

Skill 2 / Prismatic Barrier: Throws Lux’s wand in a direction, shielding allied champions it passes through from for 3 seconds. After reaching its apex it returns to Lux, shielding allied champions for an additional damage.

Skill 3 / Lucent Singularity: Creates a zone of light that slows nearby enemies by 30%. After 5 seconds the zone detonates, dealing magic damage. Recast to detonate the zone.

Skill 4 / Final Spark: Fires a beam of light dealing magic damage to all enemies in a line.

Runes

Lux Wild Rift Mid Runes
  • Electrocute – Hitting a champion with 3 separate attacks or abilities in 3 seconds deals bonus adaptive damage
  • Brutal – Gain 7 AD and 2% armor penetration, or 14 AP and 2% magic penetration
  • Second Wind – Gain 6 health every 5 seconds. After taking damage from an enemy champion regenerate 6+ 3% of your missing health over the next 10 seconds. This effect is doubled for melee champions.
  • Manaflow Band – Hitting an enemy champion with an ability or empowered attack permanently increases your max mana by 30, up to 300 mana.

Lux Wild Rift Support Runes
  • Aery – Your attacks and abilities send Aery to a target, damaging enemies or shielding allies.
  • Weakness – Impairing the movement of enemy champions makes them take 5% more damage in the following 5 seconds.
  • Second Wind – Gain 6 health every 5 seconds. After taking damage from an enemy champion regenerate 6+ 3% of your missing health over the next 10 seconds. This effect is doubled for melee champions.
  • Pack Hunter – While near ally champions, gain 2% movement speed. For each unique ally you participate in a takedown with, you gain 50 gold and the ally gains 50 gold.
