Lupon Civil War: OG Showmatch 1v1: N0tail vs Jeff Recap and Results

It’s not every day that a Dota 2 player gets a chance to face off against a two-time TI champion, and for Jeff, this was probably a dream come true.

Following one month of intense competition, Zedrik “Jeff” Dizon was named this year’s Red Bull R1v1r Runes Champion, and he was given a chance to have a 1v1 match against a Dota 2 Legend Johan “N0tail” Sundstein.

For those of you who didn’t know, Jeff is a Filipino Dota 2 Player from Ateneo De Manila University. He won Red Bull’s 2020 R1v1r Runes Philippines tournament last May 2020 giving the right to fight the Team Captain of OG, N0tail.

And just in case you didn’t know Big Daddy N0tail, he lead Team OG to a back-to-back championship at The International, Dota 2’s biggest esport event, and already won 4 majors with the team, cementing his status as a Dota 2 Legend.

Red Bull R1v1r Runes

Red Bull River Runes takes place on a custom map built in the Dota 2 environment and pits players in a fast-paced 1-versus-1 mirror battle, meaning they will be using the same heroes. Each player will have a bottle, dagger, and a ward at the start of the match. There will be super runes and every 5 minutes both players will have a free item and will go straight to their inventory.

The first player to get 3 kills or destroy a tower wins.
