If one of your friends or family members needs load and no vendor or cards are available, then Pasaload is the solution for you. It is a service that allows Smart Prepaid users to pass prepaid load to other Smart, TNT, or Smart Bro Prepaid Users.
In this article, I will teach you how to Pasaload in Smart Prepaid.
Before sharing a load in Smart Prepaid, you need to make sure that you have enough load. To check your balance, you can dial *123# and your balance will be displayed on your phone screen. You can also check your balance via SMS by texting BAL to 214, but as per Smart, this method will end soon.
How to Pasaload in Smart Prepaid
1. Share a Load via Text message
- Text 11 Digit Number <space> Amount and Send to 808
- Example: 09197654321 100 and send it to 808
- After doing so, you will receive a text message confirming your pasaload, reply with YES.
- If the transaction is successful, you and the one you have given prepaid load will receive a notification.
2. Share a Load via Sim Menu
- Go to your Smart Menu located on your phone
- Click Load -> Pasaload > Mobile Number
- Enter the recipients number, press OK and after that, you’ll be prompted to input an amount
- Wait for a confirmation message
Notes:
- The amount of load you transferred to the recipient plus a 1 peso fee will be deducted from your load
- This is also applicable to TNT and Smart Bro users
