Bleach Eternal Soul Guide

Bleach: Eternal soul is a role-playing mobile adaptation game of the popular Bleach anime. This game features the plot of the original anime, where you can play with over 100 characters that you love like Ichigo, Rukia, Shinigami’s from the 13 Court Guard Squads and a lot more.

These characters are upgradable and you can level them up, evolve and even equip with the most powerful items to assemble your own powerful team. You’ll also get to use their Bankais in the game.

The game features intense tactical combat and you need to form the best lineups and formations to beat the enemies.

Gameplay

The game features cutscenes from the original anime but you have the option to skip it if you don’t have time for that.

The battle is turn based, and you need to tap on your character’s Avatar to release a normal attack or a Mastery Skill. Before you tap, you can choose a target by clicking on the enemy before tapping the you character’s avatar.

Time your normal attack / mastery skill for a damage bonus. Meaning, you can tap the screen just as the bar moves over the yellow dot for 1.2x damage bonus while you another character is on the process of attacking the enemies.

Dealing and receiving damage both generate Rage. When Rage is full, you can unleash a Rage Skill.

For example, Ichigo’s Rage Skill deals damage to a column of enemies while Orihime’s can heal her allies.

If you’re too busy but still want to play then you go with Idle Mode, and let the game do the attacks for you.

Story Mode

The Story Mode requires you to finish quests. Quests are available within different stages.

After entering a stage, you go on a quest. Tap on the quest interface to auto-navigate you can do it manually. You can get great rewards by completing these.

Whenever you fight in Story Mode, a stamina is consumed. Stamina can be bought by Soul Jade.

Elite Mode

In this mode, you battle main characters in each level, earning you rewards as you defeat them such as Fighter Drawing and Tenshintai.

Bleach Elite Mode

First you need to set up a new formation for the Elite Mode Stages. You can deploy up to 9 characters in this mode. Stamina is also consumed whenever you fight in Elite Mode.

Challenge (Unlocked at Level 14)

These are challenges that you can do to earn rewards.

  1. Soul Society Orders – Quests like dispatching characters to complete rewards
  2. Seireitei Challenge (4-2) – Defeat enemies to receive fantastic rewards and mysterious treasure which will help you advance further into Seireitei. You get to choose rewards after defeating a level. Seireitei Challenge resets every 48 hours.
  3. Extreme Challenge (Unlocked at Level 27)

Arena (Unlocked after clearing Stage 3-4)

Bleach Eternal Soul Arena

Fight will real players in this competitive arena.

  1. Battle Arena. You can challenge players who has the same rank and points as you, and your rank increases as you gain wins. Players can challenge players up to 5 times a day.

Rewards include: Point Rewards, Honor Rewards and Ranking Rewards. Point Rewards are sent to the player daily while Honor and Ranking Rewards are sent at the end of each season.

Each season of the Battle Arena last 14 days and points are reset every season.

2. Kenpachi Contest (Unlocked at Level 40)

Characters

You gain some of the new characters as you progress into the game and some most of through gatcha or collecting character shards. These characters can be enhanced and upgraded through the enhance feature and the upgrading feature. Upgrading your character will increase their attributes. War Souls will be unlocked after reaching a certain quality.

You can also upgrade gears when you reach at player level 12. Upgrading gears will increase its level and attributes.

Promoting a character (Unlocked at Stage 2-4) will increase its strength and will unlock a new ability. Abilities can also be upgraded, increasing its power. More abilities will unlocked as you enhance your characters.

Upgrading or leveling up your characters requires EXP Tunic and these can be bought by Soul Jade and acquired through completing quests. Enhancing a character requires a Soul Stone and Tenshintai (Urahara’s Shop).

Shards are required to Promote characters, these are acquired through Summon and Seireitei Challenge Shop. Gold is required to upgrade skills.

Spirit Relics

Upgrading this will give attribute bonus to your team. You can also activate Relic Soul that also gives a boost to your characters.

Summon System

You can also recruit powerful characters via the Summon System. There are two ways such as Gold Summon and Soul Jade Summon and you need gold and soul jade to get characters respectively.

  • Gold Summon – Consumes Gold when you summon characters
  • Jade Summon – Consumes Soul Jade when you summon and guarantees a character after a few draw

Formation

You can place up to maximum 6 characters per formation in Story Mode and Battle Arena and 9 characters in Elite Mode. You can click quick deploy and the game automatically creates the formation or you can do it manually according to your Bond Effect Preference and Counters.

Bond Effect

There are 4 types bond effect namely:

  1. Soul Hall Effect – Activates with 2 Azure Dragon War Souls (Attack +5%)
  2. White Tiger Soul Hall – Activates with 2 White Tiger War Souls (Crit Chance +7%)
  3. Vermillion Bird Soul Hall – Activates with 2 Vermillion Bird War Souls (Attack +5%)
  4. Black Tortoise Soul Hall – Activates with 2 Black Tortoise War Souls (Damage Reduction +5%)

Counter System

There is also a countering system within the game where:

  1. Attack-Specialty counters Skill-Specialty
  2. Skill-Specialty counters Defense-Specialty
  3. Defense Specialty counters Attack-Specialty

Squad System

You can join a squad and play with other players. Some squad has a requirement before you join. You can also create your own squad if you want to.

Joining a squad will give you access to its squad base, shop and you also get rewards.

Items

You can find your items in your bag categorized into items, materials and shards. Below are the list of some the items, where they can be found and what are they used for.

  • Gold – Summon Characters, Enhancing, Upgrading Skills, Equipment and Promotion. Gained through completing quests and from Midas Touch.
  • Soul Jade – Summoning Characters. Can be obtained via Milestone Rewards or from real money.
  • Character Puzzle Shards – Collect enough for each hero to either get them or upgrade them. Can be obtained from Shard Exchange, Summon and Quests.
  • Omni Shard- Can be converted into a shard of any owned character. Can be obtained from Summon and Battle Arena
  • EXP Tonic – Used to level up your characters. Can be bought by Soul Jade and acquired through completing quests
  • Soul Stone – Used in Enhancing Characters. Obtained from Urahara’s Shop.

There are a lot of free items that you can get in game. You just have to know where to find it. You can get free itesm through the following:

  1. Idle Exploration – You get rewards depending on the amount of time you are playing.
  2. Midas Touch – Free Gold every day
  3. Daily Quests – You can get Gold, Exp and Soul Jade from completing these
  4. 7 Days Login
  5. Milestones such as following facebook, joining fb group, clearing story mode, upgrading players and a lot more. You can get Soul Jade, Revival Potion, Awaken Essence and Gold from this.
  6. Don’t forget the rewards on chest after gaining enough stars in the story mode. This chest can be found on the Story mode menu.
