Rafaela Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Rafaela is a support hero who specializes in healing and providing support to teammates. She also has good poking capabilities and an Ultimate which is a good crowd control skill. Some might say that she is an easy hero to use but you really need to have good timing in using her skills especially her Ultimate effectively.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Deity Penalization: Rafaela penalizes the target who has killed her but it should be in ranged. She charges for 2 seconds and sends the penalization power to the target dealing true damage equal to 20% of targets max HP. It can be blocked by other enemies.

Skill 1 / Light of Retribution: Rafaela uses the power of Holy Light to deal magic damage to three nearest enemies, revealing them for a short period of time and slowing them by 40% for 1.5 seconds. If this skill hits the same target multiple times within 5 seconds, its damage will be increased by 20% after each hit and can be stacked up to 3 times.

Skill 2 / Holy Healing: Rafaela summons Holy Light to regenerate HP for herself and the most-injured nearby ally and other allied heroes. It also increases their movement speed by 50% within the following 1.5 seconds.

Skill 3 / Holy Baptism: Rafaela uses the power of Holy Light to smite enemies in front of her, dealing magic damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds and slowing them by 40%.

Best Item Builds for Rafaela

Rapid Boots – Favor, Enchanted Talisman, Immortality, Athena’s Shield, Necklace of Durance, Antique Cuirass

• You can always add Ice Wand for additional slow or Glowing Wand for additional DPS
• You can replace boots with Demon Shoes – Favor

Support

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Gift – +3% Healing Effect/Level
• Focusing Mark – After dealing damage to an enemy hero, damage dealt by allies on the same enemy hero will be increased by 6% for 3 second. This effect has 6 second cooldown.

Spell for Rafaela

• Flicker – Rafaela doesn’t have a dash ability so Flicker would be a good help
• Flameshot – Additional burst damage and slow for Rafaela
• Purify – Rafaela is very squishy and this spell can help her with crowd control abilities

Other Tips

• Use Rafaela’s 1st skill to poke enemies
• Hit enemies with 1st skill multiple times within a 5 second intervals for increased damage (Can stack up to 3 times)
• 1st skill is also good in chasing as it slows down enemies
• You can also use Rafaela’s 1st skill to reveal enemies inside the bush
• Sustain allies by healing them with your 2nd skill
• You can also use her 2nd skill to increase movement speed for initiation
• Her 2nd skill can also be used for escaping
• It is very crucial to hit enemies with your Ultimate as it is her only crowd control ability
• Rafaela is very squishy so be very careful of your positioning
• Skill Combo: 1st Skill > 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill (Ultimate)
