Mobile Legends Patch 1.5.78 Notes

Today, May 10, 2021, Moonton officially released the new patch 1.5.78 that brings a new hero, revamps, nerfs, buffs, new skins, and free champions to make the game enjoyable and give players a new experience.

Aside from this, they have also prepared loads of great rewards for all of us for this years 515 eParty including 515 Exclusive Achievements, 515 Lucky Star Prize and a lot more. Click here for more info about the rewards for the ongoing event.

Below is the list of notable changes:

Notable Patch Note Changes

New Heroes

Phoveus

Phoveus Mobile Legends Game

Phoveus is a new hero designed to counter enemies who uses a dash or blink skill. For more info about the new hero you can check it out here: Phoveus Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Paradise

Revamped Heroes

Bane was revamped, making his Passive stack up to 2, increasing his physical damage output and making him a more balanced fighter. You can read more about his abilities here.

Hero Adjustments

The following heroes was adjusted in this patch note:

Argus (Adjusted)

  • Passive (Adjusted): Argus’3 strike combo from his passive has been reduced to 2 strikes, the first carried out by Argus and the second by his shadow image. Currently he does not charge forth with the final strike.
  • Skill 1 (Buffed): Increased the width of the skill range. Cooldown from 15-11s to 12 seconds
  • Skill 2 (Adjusted): From 200-250 + 80% Physical attack to 300-400 + 40% Physical attack

Ruby (Buffed)

  • Skill 1 (Buffed): Mana cost from 40 to 25
  • Ultimate (Buffed): Slightly reduced skill frontswingSkill 1 (Buffed): Mana cost from 40 to 25
  • Passive (Nerfed): Defense granted by each jump from 9 + (2.4 * Hero Level) to 9 + (1.8 * Hero Level)

Nana (Buffed)

  • Skill 1 (Buffed): Base damage from 200-300 to 220-320. Mana Cost from 65-115 to 50-75
  • Skill 2 (Adjusted): Reduced Molina’s chase duration and slightly increased the chase speed. Mana cost from 120 (all levels) to 80-105

Gloo (Buffed)

  • Passive (Buffed): Each stack’s damage reduction from 8% to 10%
  • Ultimate (Buffed): Cooldown from 45-35 seconds to 50-40 seconds. New effect: When the target Gloo is attached to dies, it enter straight into a 6 second cooldown. Movement Speed Increase: From 25% to 35%

Ling (Buffed)

  • Skill 2 (Buffed): Base Damage from 190-265 to 230-305. Physical attack bonus from 50% to 40%.

X.Borg (Buffed)

  • Attributes (Buffed): HP Growth from 89 to 109. Ratio of his HP to Armor’s HP granted by equipment from 4:8 to 2:11
  • Skill 1 (Nerfed): Reduced the skill range when X.Borg is in the Armorless State

Rafaela (Nerfed)

  • Skill 2 (Nerfed): Base HP Regen for the most injured ally from 370-570 to 250-450. Base HP Regen for other allies from 90-140 to 100-150.
  • Skill 3 (Adjusted): Optimized skill to make the description match its effects.

Paquito (Nerfed)

  • Champ Stance Skill 1 (Buffed): Shield Ratio from 110% to 120%
  • Champ Stance Skill 2 (Buffed): Physical Attack Bonus for Damage from 180% to 192%
  • Champ Stance Ultimate (Nerfed): Uppercut Damage from 600-900 + 150% Physical attack to 450-750 + 120% Physical Attack. Airborne Duration from 0.7 second to 0.5 second

Beatrix (Buffed)

  • Attributes (Buffed): Basic Physical Attack from 100 to 105. Physical Attack Growth from 7 to 10

Granger (Nerfed)

  • Skill 1 (Nerfed): Base Damage from 45-195 to 35-185

Diggie (Adjusted)

  • Skill 1 (Adjusted): Reduced the chase duration of Diggie’s alarm but slightly increases its chase speed.

Battlefield Adjustments

  1. Adjusted the team rewards and give the team under attack more chances.
  2. Increased the amount of Gold you gain gradually from 5 every 2 seconds to 6 every 2 seconds
  3. Team Gold rewards for destroying turrets from 100 to 80
  4. Team Gold rewards for destroying base turrets from 150 to 100.
  5. EXP rewards reduced slightly
  6. Reduced the spawn time after a battle that lasts 25 minutes
  7. Increased HP Growth of melee and ranged minions
