Hiding your Match history has a lot of benefits such as it can avoid prejudgment especially if you are having a series of losing streaks. It will also hide your recent champion usage and build which is very helpful especially if you want to keep your strategies to your own, making them clueless about your playstyle.

Hide your In-Game Match History
To hide your in-game match history, just open the game and click ‘Settings’ (gear icon).
Go to ‘GENERAL’ tab and turn off the Display Match Result. Turning this off will prevent everyone even your friends from viewing your recent match history.
