Harley Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Harley is a Mage hero that is very agile and can deal burst magic damage. He is very good in initiation and hard to chase because of his 2nd skill, Space Escape. Harley is also considered to an assassin for his capability to take down squishy heroes with just one combo of his skills.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Magic Master: Harley’s basic attack deals magic damage.

Skill 1 / Poker Trick: Harley fires 3 rounds of cards forward, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and increases his attack speed by 5% for 3 seconds on each hit. (can stack up to 8 times)

Skill 2 / Space Escape: Harley blinks to the designated location, leaving a magic hat at his place and increases his movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds. Activate again in 4 seconds to return where the magic hat is.

Skill 3 / Deadly Magic: Harley shoots a magic ring at a designated enemy hero, dealing magic damage and slowing them by 40% for 1.5 seconds. It will generate a ring of fire around the enemy for 4 seconds and after this, it deals magic damage plus 50% of the targets damage taken during the skill duration as magic damage.

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Observation – +2 Magical PEN/Level
• Secret Shop – Reduce the gold cost of gears to 90%.

Spell for Harley

• Retribution – To help him farm faster as he is very item dependent
• Execute – This will help Harley secure more kills after using his combo

Other Tips

• Harley is very item dependent so try to farm fast early
• Harley’s 1st skill is very good for poking and as well as jungling
• You can also clear minions wave faster because of his 1st skill
• You can use his 1st skill also while walking
• Harley’s 2nd skill is for initiation and escaping
• You can trick other players with your 2nd skill by teleporting back to the hat if they were able to chase you
• Use 2nd skill or hit them with basic attack after hitting an enemy with your Ultimate to increase its damage after the duration
• Prioritize chasing squishy heroes as you can burst them down easily compared to high hp and tanky heroes
• Skill Combo: 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill (Ultimate) > 1st Skill
