Brand is a ranged nuker specializing in area of effect damage and creating spell combinations with himself. Brand is very vital in teamfights as he can provide the highest source of aoe magic damage for the team.
How to Play Brand
- When any of Brand’s abilities hits a target already Ablaze, the spell gains a bonus effect and renews the Ablaze debuff.
- Poke enemies with Sear
- Use Pillar of Flame and Conflagration to clear minion waves faster
- Use Pyroclasm in teamfights especially when enemies are close together
- Be wary of Brand’s positioning as he is very squishy
- Skill Combo: 3rd Skill > 2nd Skill > 1st Skill > 4th Skill
Skills
Passive / Blaze: Brand’s abilities set enemies Ablaze, dealing 3% of their maxa health as magic damage over 4 seconds. Stacking Ablaze 3 times on champions and large monsters causes them to detonate after 2 seconds, dealing 10% of each nearby enemy’s max health as magic damage.
Skill 1 / Sear: Launches a fireball that deals magic damage to first enemy hit. Blaze: Sear stuns for 1.5 seconds if the target is ablaze.
Skill 2 / Pillar of Flame: After a short delay fire erupts at a location, dealing magic damage to enemies. Blaze: Pillar of FLame deals 25% more damage to enemies that are ablaze.
Skill 3 / Conflagration: Ignites enemies near the target, dealing magic damage. Blaze: Conflagaration spreads farther if the target is ablaze.
Skill 4 / Pyroclasm: Releases a torrent of flame that bounces up to 5 times between enemies or himself, each bounce dealing magic damage. Blaze: Pyroclasm briefly slows by 30% if the taraget is ablaze. Bounces attemp to max stack Blaze on champions.

Runes
- Electrocute – Hitting a champion with 3 separate attacks or abilities in 3 seconds deals bonus adaptive damage.
- Hunter Vampirism – Gain 2% physical vamp or 2% magic vamp. Unique champion takedowns grant 2 AD with 1% physical vamp or 4 AP with 1% magic vamp.
- Hunter Titan – Gain 20 max health. Unique champion takedowns grant 20 max health and 4% tenacity.
- Manaflow Band – Hitting an enemy champion with an ability or empowered attack permanetly increases your max mana by 30, up to 300 mana.
