Amumu is a tank champion who is great at initiation and dealing area-of-effect damage. He also has a good crowd control abilities, making him a big threat especially when the enemy is grouped up. He is also good at clearing jungle creeps and minion waves.
How to Play Amumu
- Cursed Touch will deal more magic damage to enemies
- Use Bandage Toss to initiate a teamfight or gank
- You can also use Bandage Toss to dash over minions and go through walls
- Use Despair to clear minion waves faster
- Despair is also effective at dealing damage on tank heroes
- Tantrum makes Amumu an exceptional tank as he takes bonus reduced physical damage from its passive
- You can spam Tantrum especially when you are in the frontlines taking damage (Cd reduced when you are attacked)
- Use Curse of the Sad Mummy when the enemy team is bunched up
- Skill Combo: 1st Skill > 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill > 4th Skill
Skills
Passive / Cursed Touch: Attacks curse the target to take an additional 10% true damage from incoming magic damage for 3 seconds. Subsequent applications of Cursed Touch will refresh its duration.
Skill 1 / Bandage Toss: Launches a bandage that deals magic damage and stuns the target for 1 second, pulling himself to the target.
Skill 2 / Despair: Toggle: Begins weeping to deal magic damage equal to 10 plus percentage of their maximum health to nearby enemies every second.
Skill 3 / Tantrum: Passive: Takes bonus reduced physical damage. Active: Deals magic damage to nearby enemies and slows them by 30% for 0.5 seconds. Cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds when Amumu is hit by an attack.
Skill 4 / Curse of the Sad Mummy: Deals magic damage to all nearby enemies and stuns them for 1.5 seconds.

- Aftershock – After immobilizing an enemy champion, gain defenses and later deal a burst of magic damage around you.
- Weakness – Impairing the movement of enemy champions makes them take 5% more damage in the following 5 seconds.
- Hunter Titan – Gain 20 max health. Unique champion takedowns grant 20 max health and 4% tenacity.
- Mastermind – Deal 10% bonus true damage to epic monsters and 10% bonus damage to turrets. Earn an extra 120 gold upon taking or assisting these objectives.
