World of Dragon Nest is now available for download. After downloading the game, you’ll get an additional 2.3 GB update, But no worries, while waiting, you can play a minigame where you can get gold credits. The amount of gold you’ll get depends on your highest score.
The minigame is called Catch Crazy Duck! All you have to do is tap the crazy ducks, earning you points. The game will be over if you tap black ducks or if the time ran out.
You can get those rewards after creating your first character.
Gameplay
Creating your character
As of the moment, there are 5 characters you can choose from:
Warrior
Warrior fights in the front lines based on his strong combat abilities. Immense strength and health are more than enough to neutralize the enemy’s defenses.
Archer
An Archer utilizes ranged attacks using a bow and is an expert in physical movement through a flexible body. An archer does not allow the enemy to approach with quick movement speed and various ranged attacks.
Cleric
Cleric uses holy magic to protect allies from opponents’ attacks. and all melee allies. The holy magic of light is powerful magic that creates durable barriers for everyone.
Sorceress
A strong long-range damage dealer using elemental power and force who uses strong attack magic to wipe out multiple enemies at once and magic effectively supports the friendly forces in battle.
Slayer
Slayer is capable of swift and deadly attacks with duel swords and exquisite flying daggers. When on the battlefield, Slayer will become a merciless opponent.
Controls:
After creating your character, you’ll be redirected to a cinematic that you have the option to skip, and then proceed to a tutorial on how to attack and evade using Velskud.
Move: You can move the character by controlling D-Pad.
Conversation: You can touch NPC to talk
Normal Attack: You can touch the attack button to attack your enemy
Active Skill: You can touch the skill button to attack your enemy
Chain Skill and Ultimate Skill:
There is one more useful tip for battle. It is the method of evading the enemy’s attack. Touch evade button
The character evades backward in general. Touch D-Pad with evade button to evade in the direction you desire.
Skills:
You’ll get a single skill at first but as you level up you’ll get more:
- Level 5
- Level 7
- Level 26 – Ultimate Skill
Quests:
You’ll get your first quest after your mini-tutorial. Like any other mobile game that has quests, the map will show you where to go.
As you get to level 2 and higher, a more comprehensive tutorial begins:
Like the Friendship Menu, Equipment, and Items.
This is what you all need to know at the start and as you go level up, you’ll learn more stuff about the game that makes it more interesting. As of writing, I’m still on level 10 so I haven’t had the chance to explore further but I promise that I’ll update this post once I do.
