Wild Rift Patch 2.3B Notes

The Black Mist is here as Patch 2.3B has arrived with new champions and changes, ARAM balancing and the feared Ruination where you will fight the darkness with the Sentinels of Light.

Notable Changes

New Champions

Lucian

Lucian, a Sentinel of Light, is a grim hunter of undying spirits, pursuing them relentlessly and annihilating them with his twin relic pistols

Senna

Cursed from childhood to be haunted by the supernatural Black Mist, Senna joined a sacred order known as the Sentinels of Light and fiercely fought back—only to be killed: her soul imprisoned in a lantern by the cruel wraith Thresh.

  • True Damage Senna

New Accessories

  • Baubles: Fighting the Good Fight, For Fetter of Worse
  • Icon Border: Sentinel Portal
  • Emotes: Looking Good Feeling Good, My Hero
  • Icons: Light in the Dark, Sentinel Master
  • Spawn Tags: Sentinel I, Sentinel II, Sentinel III

All accessories will be released throughout the patch.

New Events

Sentinels of Light

This event will begin on July 9 08:01 GMT+8 where you will join the Sentinels to stop the Ruination and the Black Mist.

New System

4G / WiFi Dual Connection

They will be releasing the 4G/WiFI dual band connection option after delaying it for weeks. You can use this to boost your connectivity by using both your mobile data and WiFi at the same time.

Champion Changes

Draven

  • Blood Rush (2nd) – Movement speed from 40/45/50/55% to
  • Stand Aside (3rd) – Cooldown from Cooldown from 18/16/14/12s to 15/14/13/12s

Fizz

  • Seastone Trident (Passive) – Bonus damage to monster from 200% to 150%

Garen

  • Judgement (3rd) – Base Damage from 15/20/25/30 to 11/14/17/20
  • AD ratio – From 0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4 to 0.3/0.35/0.4/0.45
  • Demacian Justice (Ultimate) – Base Damage from 150/300/450 to 150/275/400. Missing health percentage damage from 20/25/30% to 15/20/25% +8% per 100 bonus AD. Max damage towards epic monsters: 600/600/600

Irelia

  • Base mana regen from 15 to 18
  • Blade Surge (1st) – Base Damage from 10/40/70/100 to 15/45/75/105. Healing Attack Damage ratio from 0.14/0.16/0.18/0.2 to 0.19/0.21/0.23/0.25
  • Flawless Duet (3rd) – Base Damage from 70/120/170/220 to 100/150/200/250
  • Vanguard’s Edge (Ultimate) – Barrage base damage from 125/225/325 to 125/250/375. Bladewall damage from 75/125/175 to 100/150/200

Jinx

  • Super Mega Death Rocket (Ultimate) – Maximum damage on epic monsters: 500/650/800

Kha’Zix

  • Taste Their Fear (1st) – Base Damage from 65/100/135/170 to 60/95/130/165

Rammus

  • Frenzying Taunt (3rd) – Attack Speed: 50/60/70/80 from 35/45/55/65%

Riven

  • Valor (3rd) – Shield Strength from 95/135/175/215 to 105/145/185/225

Vayne

  • Silver Bolts (2nd) – Base Damage from 30/50/70/90 to 50/65/80/95
  • Final Hour (Ultimate) – Cooldown from 80/70/60s to 75/65/55s

Katarina, Twisted Fate and Ziggs

  • Armor from 35 – 30

Gameplay Changes

Runes

Resolve: Second Wind

  • Passive flat health regen from 6 HP every 5 seconds to 5 HP every 5 seconds
  • After taking damage from a champion, regenerate 3 + 1.5% missing health over 10 seconds (doubled for melee champions).

Other Changes

  • Smite’s tooltip now correctly reflects its mana regen property
  • Evelynn’s Ult tooltip now reflect that it only deal bonus damage to champions
