Twisted Fate Wild Rift Guide, Build and Strategy

Twisted Fate is a DPS champion who is versatile and can do a lot of surprises with his cards. He can either focus on attack speed and physical items, or focus on becoming a caster type or dealing burst magic damage.

How to Play Twisted Fate

• Harass enemies with Wild Cards
• Use Red Cards plus Wild Cards to clear minion waves faster
• Blue Cards is the most efficient way to poke enemies as it restores mana and deals the most damage among all cards
• Gold card is best used when chasing down an enemy
• Pick a Card can also be used on turrets
• Try hitting enemies with the 4th attack of Stacked Deck
• Destiny can reveal stealth units
• Use Destiny to scout enemies which is crucial in teamfights and securing objectives
• Use Destiny to surprise enemies with a gank
• It is better to have a card ready (Gold, Red, Blue) when using Destiny
• You can also use Destiny to escape from enemies

Skills

Passive / Loaded Dice: Gain 2 to 12 bonus gold upon killing a unit.

Skill 1 / Wild Cards: Throws three cards, dealing magic damage.

Skill 2 / Pick A Card: First Cast: Start shuffling Twisted Fate’s deck. Second Cast: Pick a card to empower his next attack.

Red Cards deal magic damage in an area and slow by 35% for 3 seconds.

Blue Cards deal magic damage and restores mana.

Gold Cards deal magic damage and stun for 1.25 seconds.

Skill 3 / Stacked Deck: Passive: Gains 15% Attack Speed. Every 4th attack deals bonus magic damage. Active: Gain 40% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. During this time, attacking enemy champions rolls Loaded Dice.

Skill 4 / Destiny: First Cast: Reveals all enemy champions for 6 seconds. Second Cast: Channel for 1.5 seconds to teleport to target location.

Runes

• Electrocute – Hitting a champion with 3 separate attacks or abilities in 3 seconds deal bonus adaptive damage.
• Brutal – Gain 7 AD or 2% armor penetration or 14 AP and 2% magic penetration.
• Hunter Titan – Gain 20 max health. Unique champion takedowns grant 20 max health and 4% tenacity.
• Sweet Tooth – Increases Honeyfruit healing by 25%. Whenever you or a nearby ally eats a Honeyfruit gain 20 gold.

• Conqueror – Gain stacks of Adaptive Force when hitting a champion with separate attacks or abilities. When fully stacked, deal bonus adaptive damage to champions. Stacks up to 5 times.
• Gathering Storm – Every 3 minutes. gain increasing Adaptive AD or AP.
• Hunter Titan – Gain 20 max health. Unique champion takedowns grant 20 max health and 4% tenacity.
• Sweet Tooth – Increases Honeyfruit healing by 25%. Whenever you or a nearby ally eats a Honeyfruit gain 20 gold.
