Tristana is a marksman champion who has excellent sieging capabilities. Tristana is a highly mobile marksman who works best using her massive late game range to fire from distance before jumping in to lay down huge burst damage and kick off her signature reset rampages. She is usually seen sitting at the back of teamfights, safely shooting enemies.
How to Play Tristana
- Tristana gains more range as she levels up
- Use Rocket Jump to chase or escape from enemies
- She can use her other abilities while in midair after using Rocket Jump
- Use Explosive Charge to clear minion waves
- You can detonate Explosive Charge early by hitting the enemy that has the bomb
- You can also use Rocket Jump to detonate Explosive Charge
- Explosive Charge can also be used on enemy turrets
- Buster Shot can be used to secure kills
- You can use your Ultimate, Buster Shot to knock back enemy champions away from you
- Skill Combo: 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill > 1st Skill > 4th Skill
Skills
Passive / Draw a Bead: Increases the range of attacks, Explosive Charge and Buster Shot by 10 per level
Skill 1 / Rapid Fire: Gain 50% bonus attack speed for 7 seconds
Skill 2 / Rocket Jump: Leap to a target location, dealing magic damage and slowing nearby enemies by 60% for 1.5 seconds. Takedowns and fully stacked Explosive Charge detonations on champions reset Rocket Jump’s cooldown.
Skill 3 / Explosive Charge: Passive: Enemies explode when killed by Tristana’s attacks, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Active: Places a bomb on an enemy or turret, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies. Tristana’s attacks and abilities charge the bomb’s damage by 30% stacking 4 times.
Skill 4 / Buster Shot: Fires a massive cannonball at an enemy, dealing magi damage and knocking them back.

Runes
- Conqueror – Gain stacks of Adaptive Force when hitting a champion with separate attacks or abilities. When fully stacked, deal bonus adaptive damage to champions. Stacks up to 5 times.
- Champion – Gain 10% damage against champions. Lose 5% each time you die until the bonus disappears.
- Loyalty – You gain 2 AR and 5 MR. Your closest ally champion gains 5 AR and 2 MR.
- Mastermind – Deal 10% bonus true damage to epic monsters and turrets. Earn an extra 100 gold and 500 XP upon taking or assisting in taking these objectives.
