Revamped Lapu-Lapu Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Lapu-Lapu is a fighter assassin known for its burst damage and chasing abilities. He can also be durable, making him a good front liner in every team fight. He recently got a revamped, having his Ultimate and 2nd form skills changed.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Homeland Defender: Every time Lapu-Lapu deals damage, he gains 10 Bravery Blessing. When Bravery Blessing is full, his next basic attack or Justice Blades will be enhanced that will cause him to dash toward the target, dealing physical damage. It will also grant a shield that can absorb damage for 2.5 seconds. The enhanced Justice Blades will slow the target by 60% for 1 seconds.

Skill 1 / Justice Blades: Lapu-Lapu throws two boomerangs that deals physical damage to enemies hit on its way out or back. If it hits the same target, it will only deal 50% damage.

Skill 2 / Jungle Warrior: Lapu-Lapu slashes his twin blades and dashes towards a designated target, dealing physical damage to enemies on its path.

Skill 3 / Bravest Fighter: Lapu-Lapu leaps in the air and lands on the ground, dealing physical damage to enemies in the area and slowing them by 60% for 1 seconds and also gains 500% Bravery Blessing. He also enters the Heavy Sword stance for 10 seconds, with all his skill enhanced, basic attack damage increase to 120% and also increasing his physical and magic defense by 30.

Assassin

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Fatal – +1.20% Crit. Chance/Level
• Killing Spree – Kills grant 15% HP and raise Movement SPD by 20% for 5s

Fighter

• Bravery – +4 Physical ATK/Level
• Invasion – +2.00 Physical PEN/Level
• Festival of Blood – Gains 8% Spell Vamp. Kills grant 1% extra Spell Vamp. (Up to 12%)

Spell for Lapu-Lapu

• Flicker – Additional mobility especially in his 2nd form as his dash is not available
• Retribution – Fast farming

Other Tips

• Lapu-Lapu is very reliant on his skills so try to use it wisely
• I recommend going in the EXP lane
• Take advantage of his passive whenever it is ready, as it can be use to initiate an attack or for additional defense because of its shield
• Use Lapu Lapu’s first skill to poke enemies in the laning stage, it is also good for gaining Bravery Blessing stack
• You can also use his first skill to clear minion waves or to secure long range kills
• His 2nd Skill (1st form) can be used for initiation or escaping
• Lapu Lapu’s new ultimate is very essential in any team fights and is very good for initiation
• Skill Combo: 1st Skill > 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill (Ultimate)
• or 3rd Skill (Ultimate) > 1st Skill > 2nd Skill
