Revamped Karina Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Karina is an assassin hero who specializes in reap and dealing magic damage. She can chase. catch and secure enemy kills with her speed and damage. She is a strong pusher and and efficient ganker, targeting and taking down squishy heroes with ease.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Shadow Combo: After attacking the same target twice, Karina’s third attack will deal extra damage to the enemy equal to 13% of their lost HP plus true damage. If the target is an enemy hero, her non-ultimate skills’ cooldown will be reduced by 1 second.

Skill 1 / Dance of Blades: Karina keeps flourishing her twin blades as she enters the Dance of Blades state for up to 3.5 seconds. In this state, she increases her movement speed by 35% and blocks all basic attacks, dealing magic damage at the attacker. Karina’s basic attacks and Shadow Assault end Dance of Blades, but make her next basic attack deal critical magic damage and inflict 40% slow effects for 1 seconds.

Skill 2 / Dance of Death: Karina brandishes her twin blades, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies.

Skill 3 / Shadow Assault: Karina charges at the enemy hero, dealing magic damage and inflicting a Shadow Mark upon it and leaving a Shadowform behind it, both lasting 5 seconds. This skill’s cooldown is reset when a target with Shadow Mark dies. Use again: Karina rapidly travels over to the Shadowform’s location, dealing magic damage to all enemies in her path.

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Observation – +2 Magical PEN/Level
• Mystery Shop – Reduce the gold cost of gears to 90%.

Assassin

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Invasion – +2 Physical PEN/Level
• Killing Spree – Killing an enemy hero restore 15% HP and increase movement speed by 20% for 5 second.

Spells for Karina

• Retribution – This will help Karina farm faster and secure objectives
• Execute – Use this to deal more burst damage

Other Tips

• Trigger your passive to get cooldown reductions on both 1st and 2nd skills
• Use 1st skill to chase or escape from enemies
• Block incoming basic attacks with your 1st skill
• Her 1st skill also deals damage to long-range basic attacks
• 2nd skill is a good AoE damage in teamfights
• Use her Ultimate’s clone to teleport (as an escape tool or for chasing)
• Take down mark allies to reset the cooldown of your Ultimate
• Karina’s Ultimate can pass through walls
• Prioritize targeting squishy and low HP heroes
• Skill Combo: 3rd Skill > 3rd Skill > 2nd Skill > 1st Skill
