Popol and Kupa Mobile Legends Build

Popol and Kupa is a marksman hero specializing in pushing and dealing bursting damage. Despite his role, he is usually used as a tank or as a support. He can set up traps and use his pet to immobilize enemies and helping his teammates get a takedown.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / We Are Friends: If Kupa hasn’t taken any damage for 5 seconds, 10% of its max HP will be restored each second. When Kupa is down, Popol can pray for 3 seconds to summon it back to the battlefield with a cooldown of 45 seconds. After 4 consecutive attacks by Kupa on enemy, the next basic attack of Popol will deal physical damage; Kupa inherits 1300 plus 80% of Popol’s max HP and 100% of other attributes, as well as as his equipment effects, except for active, jungling and equipment items.

Skill 1 / Bite ’em, Kupa!: Popol throws a spear at the target and dealing physical damage and orders Kupa to bite them dealing physical damage as well and following up with attack for 3 seconds.

Alpha Wolf Form: Kupa strikes ferociously, stunning the target for 1 second with 3 rapid bites.

Skill 2 / Kupa, Help!: Popol calls Kupa to protect him, gaining a shield equal to 240 HP, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies and slowing them by 35% for 0.5 second. Kupa will assist Popol in attacking nearby enemies for 3 seconds.

Alpha Wolf Form: Kupa darts back to protect its master and knocks nearby enemies airborne for 0.6 seconds, dealing 150% increased damage.

Skill 3 / Popol’s Surprise: Popol sets a trap which will detonate after a short delay to the enemy that steps on it, dealing physical damage and immobilizing them for 1 second and creating a frost zone for 4 seconds, reducing movement speed of enemies within the zone by 20%. Popol can store up to 3 traps at a time and gains 1 charge per 18 seconds. Up to 3 traps can be set, each lasting 60 seconds.

Skill 4 / We Are Angry: Popol and Kupa both become enraged for 12 seconds. They gain 30% attack speed and 15% movement speed.

Kupa enters Alpha Wolf Form, restoring full HP, increasing its max HP by 1500 and physical attack by 50 and enhancing its other skills.

Guardian Helmet, Warrior Boots – Encourage, Cursed Helmet, Thunder Belt, Dominance Ice, Immortality

Demon Hunter Sword, Magic Shoes, Endless Battle, Cursed Helmet, Immortality, Brute Force Breastplate

Support

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Recovery – +5 Hybrid Regen/Level
• Avarice – Gains an extra 10 gold after dealing damage to enemy heroes (up to 1200 gold). This effect has 4 second cooldown.

Assasin

Spell for Popol and Kupa

• Flicker – This is very useful in multiple occasions
• Purify – Use this spell if there are a lot of Crowd control capabilities in the enemy side

Other Tips

• Poke enemies with your 1st skill
• Set traps in the bushes so the enemies won’t see it
• You can only place 3 traps at once
• Your trap can also be used as vision
• Use 2nd Skill to protect yourself from burst damage
• You can also use his 2nd Skill to call back Kupa if it is over extending
• To make Kupa attack, you should deal or take damage from a target
• Kupa will stop attacking if Popol is out of range
• You can use Kupa to block skills that can be blocked
• When you use your Ultimate, your 1st skill and 2nd skill will have additional effects
• You can use this combo to stun your enemies longer: 3rd Skill (Ultimate) > 1st Skill > 2nd Skill
