Mathilda Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Mathilda is a mobile Assassin / Support hero that can deal high magical damage and at the same time provide support to her teammates. She is a good initiator with his Ultimate and can provide protection to the whole team with the use of her 2nd Skill.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Ancestral Guidance: Mathilda gains Ancestral Guidance while moving. When it is fully charged, her next basic will be enhanced dealing magic damage to the target and increasing her movement speed by 80 that will decay rapidly by 2.5 seconds.

Skill 1 / Soul Bloom: Mathilda summons wisps that surrounds her for 3.5 seconds. With the movement distance increased, more and more wisps will come to her, capped at 6. After reactivating or if it reaches time limit, the wisps will attack enemies, dealing magic damage.

Its damage is reduced to 30% when hitting the same target.

Skill 2 / Guiding Wind: Mathilda creates a field surrounding her and jumps forward. Upon landing, she gains a shield and 25% movement speed for 4 seconds. Allies who enters the field will also gain the effects of Guiding Wind.

Heroes who leave the field for 5 seconds will lose the Guiding wind effect.

If you use this skill while Using Ultimate, Mathilda will not change position.

Skill 3 / Circling Eagle: Mathilda circles around the target for 2 seconds. During this period, wisps will rush to enemies, each time dealing magic damage. After reactivating the skill or if the duration is finished, she will rush to the target, knocking everyone on its pat, stunning them for 1 second and dealing magic damage. You gain control immunity and shield during circling.

1ST SKILL > 3RD SKILL (ULTIMATE) > 2ND SKILL

Enchanted Talisman, Arcane Boots- Favor, Necklace of Durance, Glowing Wand, Immortality, Oracle

• You can replace boots with Demon Shoes – Favor

Mage

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Observation – +2 Magical PEN/Level
• Magic Worship – When dealing damage that is more than 7% of target’s max HP for 3 times in 5 seconds, burns the target 3 times, each burn dealing 82-250 magic damage. This effect has 12 second cooldown.

Spell for Mathilda

• Flicker – Can be used in different occasions such as escaping and initiation
• Flameshot – Additional damage and knock back ability for Mathilda
• Execute – Rememeber that Mathilda is an assassin too and can deal burst damage so this spell would be a good option

Other Tips

• Mathilda is very versatile as she can be used as a Support or an Assassin
• Try to move as much as possible to charge her passive
• Poke enemies with Mathilda’s 1st skill and passive
• Move farther when charging your 1st skill to gain more wisps
• You can reactivate her 1st skill immediately if you want to
• Use 1st skill before or during using Ultimate so its charge would end the same time with your Ultimate duration
• Use 2nd Skill to give your allies shield
• You can also use his 2nd skill even if you are using her Ultimate
• Remember that you are immune to control skills while circling
• Your Ultimate is a good way to initiate a team fight
• Skill Combo: 1st Skill > 2nd Skill > 3rd Skill (Ultimate)
• or 3rd Skill (Ultimate) > 1st Skill > 2nd Skill
