Luo Yi Mobile Legends Build

Luo Yi is a mage hero specializing in dealing burst damage and crowd control. She is really a good asset in teamfights as she can also deal burst area of effect damage . She can teleport her allies anywhere in the map wherein you can caught your enemies unprepared and eventually the upper hand.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Duality: Luo Yi’s skills creates marks of Yin and Yang on the battlefield, each lasting up to 6 seconds. Yin Yang reaction happens whenever two bearers of opposite marks come close to each other, causing magic damage and stunning them for 1 second. Each time Luo Yi applies a new mark bearer, she gains a shield (capped at 3 stacks) and 30% of movement speed. (decreases rapidly in 2 seconds)

Skill 1 / Dispersion: Luo Yi casts the energy of Yang/Yin in a designated direction, dispersing upon the first hit and dealing magic damage to the target and enemies behind in a fan-shaped Luo Yi gains a tack of Dispersion every 8 seconds up to 4 stacks. She gains an additional 1 stack each time Yin Yang Reaction happens. Shift the state of the skill upon skill cast.

Skill 2 / Rotation: Luo Yi summons Fire of Yang / Aqua of Yiri in a designated area, dealing magic damage on targets hit and slowing them by 60% for 0.5 second. It lasts for 6 seconds, dealing magic damage every 0.7 second, causing continuous Yin Yang reaction with nearby units.. Shift the state of the skill upon skill cast.

Skill 3 / Diversion: Cooldown of every Luo Yi’s skill reduced by 6%. Active: Luo Yi creates a teleport circle around herself. After 3 seconds, she send any allied heroes in the circle to another location on the battlefield within 18 range.

Mage

• Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
• Observation – +2 Magical PEN/Level
• Magic Worship – When dealing damage that is more than 7% of target’s max HP for 3 times in 5 seconds, burns the target 3 times, each burn dealing 82-250 magic damage. This effect has 12 second cooldown.

Spell for Luo Yi

• Flicker – Additional mobility for Luo Yi since she doesn’t have any dash skill
• Flameshot – Great in securing kills for Luo Yi

Other Tips

• Make sure to hit two different targets with each Yin/Yang to activate the stun effect
• Poke enemies with your 1st skill
• Use 1st skill on the same target twice to trigger movement speed bonus
• Her 1st skill is good in teamfights
• Clear minion waves faster with your 1st skill
• Use your 2nd skill to slow down enemies
• Make sure that your 1st skill and 2nd skill are in different states before engaging into a teamfight
• Use your Ultimate with your teammates to surprise enemies
• Likewise you can also Use your Ultimate to escape
• Use Ultimate on bushes so enemies won’t see you teleporting
