How to Reduce Lag in Valorant

Having problems playing Valorant due to high ping? Trust me, I feel you. Though my ping below (108) is not that worst compared to some, I can really say that it still affects my gameplay.

In this article, I will give you instructions on how to lessen your ping using the tools that worked for me. This is also applicable to other games such as Fortnite, Call of Duty, Dota 2 and League of Legends.

wtfast

How to Use ExitLag

1. Click the link to start your ExitLag free trial journey: ExitLag free trial
2. You will be asked to log in but if you don’t have any account then go create one.

3. After confirming your account through the link that was sent to your email, you will now be redirected to your profile. You can now start your trial by clicking “FREE 3 DAYS TRIAL”. You will now be asked to download ExitLag.

4. Install ExitLag and you will be asked to restart your PC after installation.

5. Launch ExitLag, type in your credentials, and find the game that you will play. In this case, Valorant.

6. Select your Game Region, 2 for TCP Routes and 0 for UDP Routes then click Optimize.
