Franco is a tank hero who is an expert in locking down enemy heroes. He is quite difficult to use but is very rewarding when you master the art of hooking accurately. He is also very durable, making him a good choice if you want a tank on your lineup.
Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.
Skills
Passive / Wasteland Force: Franco increases movement speed by 10% and regens 1% of max HP per second if he takes no damage for a short time.
Skill 1 / Iron Hook: Franco launches an iron hook in a designated direction. The hook will snag the first unit, dealing physical damage and dragging the unit back to Franco.
Skill 2 / Fury Shock: Franco lashes out, dealing physical damage equal to 300 plus 4% of his ma HP to nearby enemies and slowing them by 70% for 1.5 seconds.
Skill 3 / Bloody Hunt: Franco locks down an enemy unit for 1.8 seconds. and then hacks them for 6 times continuously, dealing physical damage with each hit.
Skill Upgrade Priority
1ST SKILL > 3RD SKILL (ULTIMATE) > 2ND SKILL

Rapid Boots – Conceal, Athena’s Shield, Antique Cuirass, Immortality, Dominance Ice, Radiant Armor
- You can also add Oracle or Guardian Helmet in this build
Emblem for Franco
Support
- Agility – +2% Movement SPD/Level
- Recovery – +5 Hybrid Regen/Level
- Pull Yourself – Resurrecting time and battle spell cooldown is reduced by 15%.
Spell for Franco
- Flicker – This is the most useful spell for Franco as you can combine this with his Hook or Ultimate
Other Tips
- Use the movement speed bonus of your passive and maximize ganking
- Try hooking in the bushes so enemies won’t have enough time to react
- Don’t just press your 1st skill and use auto aim, try aiming it yourself so it will have high accuracy
- Priotize leveling up your first skill so it will have longer range and shorter cooldown
- Use your Ultimate to lock down the enemy core hero
- You can use 1st Skill then flicker to extend the length of hook
- Clear minion waves with your 2nd skill
- You can also use flicker then Ultimate for instalock
- As a tank, your main role is team buffs and protecting your teammates
- Franco’s skills consumes a lot of mana so be mindful of that
- Despite being tanky, Franco has no dash skill so he is very vulnerable too
