Blitzcrank is a support hero with a mix between a tank, a melee fighter and a burst damage. He excels at utility and disruption and can get your team free kills with his Rocket Grab.
How to Play Blitzcrank
- Blitzcrank is also tanky and his passive enchances that too
- Rocket Grab is a good initiation tool to takedown enemy champions
- You can hook enemies through walls
- Hooking enemies inside your turrets is a good strategy too
- It is also better to use Rocket Grab where the enemies can’t see you so they won’t have enough time to retaliate
- Rocket Grab has high mana cost so make sure to use it wisely
- Use Overdrive to chase or escape from enemies
- You can also use Static Field to clear minion waves faster
- Blitzcrank is very teammate dependent as he doesn’t deal much damage
- Though you can also buy Magic Items if you want to be a bruiser
- Skill Combo: 2nd Skill > 1st Skill > 3rd Skill > 4th Skill
Skills
Passive / Mana Barrier: Gains a shield that absorbs 90 damage for 10 seconds upon falling below 35% health.
Skill 1 / Rocket Grab: Fires a right hand to deal magic damage and pull the target to Blitzcrank.
Skill 2 / Overdrive: Gains 70% decaying movement speed and 30% attack speed for 4 seconds. When overdrive ends, Blitzcrank is slowed by 30% for 1 second.
Skill 3 / Power Fist: Empowers his next attack to critically strike for 105 physical damage and knock up the target.
Skill 4 / Static Field: Passive: While Static Field is off cooldown, attack marks enemies to deal magic damage after 1second. Active: Deals magic damage to nearby enemies and silences them for 1 second.

Runes
- Aftershock – After immobilizing an enemy champion, gain defenses and later deal a burst of magic damage around you.’
- Weakness – Impairing the movement of enemy champions makes them take 5% more damage in the following 5 seconds.
- Loyalty – You gain 2 AR and 5 MR. Your closest ally champion gains 5 AR and 2 MR.
- Pack Hunter – While near ally champions, gain 2% movement speed. For each unique ally you participate in a takedown with, you gain 50 gold and the ally gains 50 gold.
