Hylos Mobile Legends Build – Beginner’s Guide

Hylos is a tank champion who is good at initiation and guarding allied champions. He is a straightforward hero and very easy to learn, making him a good choice for beginner players.

Disclaimer: I’m just a casual gamer and not a pro. I just want to share with you things that works very well for me when playing this hero.

Skills

Passive / Thickened Blood: For each 1 max mana he gains from equipment items and emblems, Hylos gain and extra 1.5 Max HP. When mana is not enough, HP will be used to cast skills instead.

Skill 1 / Law and Order: Hylos stores nature’s energy to lock down the target and deals magic damage and stuns the target for 1 second.

Skill 2 / Ring of Punishment: Hylos releases the Ring of Punishment, dealing magic damage every second to surrounding enemies, slowing them by 6% and reducing their attack speed by 5%. Stacks up to 10 times. Each stack lasts for 2.5 seconds and increases the damage of Ring of Punishment by 5%. Ring of Punishment consumes 30 mana every second when it is active. Use again to cancel this skill.

Skill 3 / Glorious Pathway: Hylos creates a pathway for 6 seconds. He recovers 3% of max HP and is immune to Slowing effect while on the pathway. Allies moving towards the pathway will have their movement speed increased by 60%, enemies moving away from the pathway will have their movement speed reduced by 70%.

Tough Boots – Encourage, Cursed Helmet, Dominance Ice, Oracle, Radiant Armor, Queen’s Wings

Emblem for Hylos

Tank

• Firmness – +4 Physical Defense/Level
• Fortress – +2.5%/+5%/+8% Physical Defense
• Tenacity – Increase physical and magical defense by 35 points when health is less than 40%.

Spells for Hylos

• Reviatalize – Additional sustain for Hylos and his allies
• Vengeance – Returns the damage received back to the attacker

Other Tips

• Don’t worry if you ran out of mana as you can use your HP to use abilities
• Hylos is very durable and can tank a lot of damage in the frontlines
• Hylos gets extra HP when he buys Mana Item
• Use 1st skill to stun priority targets
• Use 2nd skill to clear minion waves faster
• Hylos can harrass enemies early with his 2nd skill
• 2nd skill is a great Aoe damage in teamfights
• 2nd skill stacks up and increases the damage on the same target
• Use Ultimate for initiation or for escaping
• Hylos should always be on the frontlines, initiating and protecting teammates
• Skill Combo: 3rd Skill > 2nd Skill > 1st Skill
