Wild Rift Jungle Buff Monsters

The Jungle in League of Legends: Wild Rift consists of monsters that gives buffs, gold and experience to junglers. Usually in a match, there would be a one designated jungler to roam and kill the creatures in the map.

There are still similarities on how jungling works on Wild Rift as compared to Summoners Rift, but its still not a direct port so there would be a quite few changes to suit the mobile gameplay.

Below are everything you need to know if you want to take the path of Jungling in playing Wild Rift.

Jungle Monsters and Plants

Blue Sentinel

Wild Rift Blue Buff

Defeating the Blue buff will grant its killer the Crest of Insight Buff which will restore your mana and energy periodically.

It also restores health when you are out of combat.

Red Brambleback

Wild Rift Red Buff

Killing the Red buff will grant its killer the Crest of Cinders Buff that will give your attacks slowing effects and true damage.

This buff is more effective with melee heroes.

Rift Scuttler

Wild Rift Scuttler

Killing this monster will grant temporary vision of the river. You also get additional movement speed when you walk past by it.

Scryer’s Bloom

Wild Rift Scryer's Bloom

Attacking this will allow you to see areas of the map covered by the Fog of War.

Blast Cone

Wild Rift Blast Cone

Attacking this will knock you and all nearby units away from it.

Elemental Dragon

Wild Rift Elemental Drake

Elemental dragon will respawn in the 4 minute mark. Defeating this will grant you and your team with buffs that last until the end of the match. I recommend having a teammate with you in dealing with this monster so you can kill it faster and avoid it being stolen by enemies.

Elder Dragon is elemental as well, spawning in either of the four elements.

Rift Herald

Wild Rift Rift Herald

This monster will respawn at the 6 minute mark. Killing Rift Herald will allow you to summon it in a lane to attack enemy turrets. Securing this will give you an early advantage in the early game when it comes to pushing lanes.

Baron Nashor

Wild Rift Baron

Baron Nashor spawns at the 10 minute mark of the game.

Defeating this monster will give your whole team the Hand of Baron buff, which will increase your damage, reduces recall channeling time and will enhance nearby allied minions.

It is much better to have most of your team if not whole to kill this monster as Baron’s buff is very crucial to winning games.

Smite

To upgrade your smite, you need to clear 4 camps of monsters. After upgrading into Blue Smite or Red Smite, you can now cast it to enemy champions.

  • Blue Smite – Inflicts slow to enemy champions
  • Red Smite – Deal increased damage to enemy champions
Wild Rift Smite

For now, that is all you need to know about the Jungle Camps in Wild Rift. If you have questions or clarifications then you can share them below.
